Joaquim's One Month Birthday!

On Friday, Joaquim turned one month old. And how did he choose to celebrate? He decided a trip to the doctor would be the perfect start to a day that included many visits from different people. Since Joaquim was born he has gained 1.2 kilograms which is equivalent to 3 pounds for a total of 4.4 kilograms or 11 pounds exactly. He has also grown 6 centimeters which brings him to the length of 56 centimeters - which translates to 22 inches! If Joaquim keeps this pace up, and I'm worried that he might, that means that at the end of year he will have gained 36 lbs. and be 44! And if he keeps growing at the same rate he will finish the year exactly 4 ft. tall!Happy Birthday Joaquim!
